True Odds

The odds that reflect an outcome's real probability, before the bookmaker's margin is added.
Offered odds are the true odds shaded by the margin, and the gap between them is where value lives. Stripping the margin out, a step called de-vigging, leaves the fair or no-vig odds. See our guide to how betting odds work.
